The Season of Chaos: How to Stay Sane When Life Gets Busy

Iā€™m exhausted. There, I said it. This year has been a whirlwind with the launch of Motherhood Embraced, and let me tell you, the learning curve of eCommerce has been steep! Starting a business to support overwhelmed mums wasnā€™t a coincidenceā€”it was a calling. Why? Because I am one of you.

Once you know the culprits, ask yourself: Can I let go of this task? Can I delegate it? Spoiler alert: the world wonā€™t end if you donā€™t bake the perfect Christmas cookies.

Step three: implement boundaries. This might mean saying no to an event or limiting how much you take on. Boundaries protect your energy, allowing you to focus on what truly mattersā€”your well-being and your family.
