Meet Shannon Gibbons
Hi, I'm Shannon Gibbons, the founder and dedicated coach at Motherhood Embraced. My journey into coaching stemmed from my own experiences with motherhood and professional life. After climbing the corporate ladder in management consulting and engineering, then moving into teaching, I faced the high demands of balancing career and personal life. The transition into motherhood intensified my struggles with anxiety and identity. Inspired by the teachings of Amy Taylor-Kabbaz and the concept of Matrescence, I founded my coaching practice during the global shifts of the COVID-19 pandemic. As an accredited Mama Rising coach, I blend my expertise in project management, facilitation, and education to offer mothers practical tools and techniques for parenting.
